At Belle Closet, we knew that there are times when an order simply don't work out for you. Yes, returns or exchange do happen and it is part and parcel of a shopping experience. As such, with customer satisfaction in mind, we strive to make it simple and hassle-free.
All products that are unworn or unused without any visible wear and tear, in the same condition and original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon receiving the product. Do kindly take note that customers will have to bear their own return shipping costs to the address as provided by us.
However, if your items come with manufacturer's defects or wrong item is being received, we will process your returns or refund as per requested. In such cases, we will then bear the return shipping cost.
- You can send in your request to return the item with your order number and proof of purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do take note that below are certain types of goods or situations that are exempt from being returned,
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
- Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards, downloadable software products, certain health and personal care items.
- Sale or discounted items
- Items that are in transit to the shipping address
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds Or Partial Refunds
Once your return item is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you. We will offer a full refund without any deductions.
Your refund will ONLY be processed upon your acknowledgement and approval. Next, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/ debit card or original mode of payment, within 5 working days.
Late Or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first do a check with your bank or relevant account provider. Generally, it may take some time to process before your refund is officially posted on your statement. Otherwise, you can contact your bank or relevant financial institution. If you still have not received your refund after doing the necessary checks, please contact us at email@example.com. We are willing to look into for you as we believe that EVERY DOLLAR and CENTS OF YOURS DOES MATTER.
We will do an exchange on items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Only ONE exchange per order.
- Ony different sizes of the SAME PRODUCT can be exchanged, not for different products.
