Refund Policy

At Belle Closet, we knew that there are times when an order simply don't work out for you. Yes, returns or exchange do happen and it is part and parcel of a shopping experience. As such, with customer satisfaction in mind, we strive to make it simple and hassle-free.

All products that are unworn without any visible wear and tear, in the same condition and original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 40 days upon receiving the product.

However, if your item does not meet the aforementioned standards, not to worry. We will process your returns on a case by case basis because we are open up to your feedback's and thoughts. We will bear the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. For example, your received an incorrect or defective item.

  • You can send in your request to return the item with your order number and proof of purchase at customer_care@bellecloset.com.

Do take note that below are certain types of goods that are exempt from being returned,

  1. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. 
  2. Products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  3. Gift cards, downloadable software products, certain health and personal care items.
  4. Sale or discounted items
And, of course there are certain situations where ONLY partial refunds are granted,
  1. Book with obvious signs of use
  2. CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  3. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  4. Any item that is returned more than 45 days after delivery

Refunds Or Partial Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the amount of your refund. If you receive a refund for returned items, the cost of return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Your refund will ONLY be processed upon your acknowledgement and approval. Next, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/ debit card or original mode of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late Or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first do a check with your bank or relevant account provider. Generally, it may take some time to process before your refund is officially posted on your statement. Otherwise, you can contact your bank or relevant financial institution. If you still have not received your refund after doing the necessary checks, please contact us at customer_care@bellecloset.com. We are willing to look into for you as we believe that EVERY DOLLAR and CENTS OF YOURS DOES MATTER.

Items Exchange
We will do an exchange on items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.

  1. Only ONE exchange per order. 
  2. Ony different sizes of the SAME PRODUCT can be exchanged, not for different products.
