  • Do you ship worldwide?

YES. We can shipped to anywhere as long as the shipping address is valid. 

  • Can I arrange for shipment even though my place is too difficult to reach?

Do email us your request and the product which you are keen. We will try to create a miracle for you.

  • Will my order be shipped in multiple shipments?

Yes. Generally, large order my be fulfilled in different shipments. This in because we may run out of certain products (due to high demand) in our own fulfillment warehouse based in US. As such, we may need to make arrangements to ship from countries like Korea, Japan, China, Australia, France and United Kingdom.

  • How long will my order take to deliver?

Generally, it takes between 2 to 4 weeks time or less for the item to reach your doorstep. Within US (Between 9 to 18 days), Outside US (Between 12 to 21 working days). 

  • Do I need to pay any custom fees?

We believed that there should not be any custom fees involved. However, if there is custom fees or import duties, we are not responsible. It is the buyer responsibility to bear the cost.

  • What are the payment options do I have?

We accept payments by Paypal, Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

  • What are the delivery options you offer?

Currently, we only have one standard shipping option. It is absolutely FREE.

  • Can I amend my order?

If you wish to amend your order, contact us as soon as possible by email. Generally, items will be shipped out within 2-3 working days. Therefore, we do not guarantee that we can do the changes which you request. We advise customer to check out with the correct item (quantity, size, color) and shipping address.

  • Where do I find my order?

When your item is being dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

  • Can I track my order?

Yes. It is possible to tracking via the information in the email which we sent you. Alternatively, you can also use the Order Tracking page on Belle Closet Home Page.

  • Is your site secure when we pay by credit cards?

Customer payment security is the first and top priority in Belle Closet. We processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. 

  • When can I received my parcel?

Once your parcel tracking number is working, it will take between 10 to 35 working days to be delivered. Besides, due to the custom restrictions in different countries, delivery may take longer. 

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

Absolutely. We offer a 40 day refund time from the day the parcel is delivered to you. Refer to our Refund Policy page for more information. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to email us. We will try our best to resolve your issue with the product.

  • What should I do if the item is faulty?

If the item is faulty, do not hesitate to contact us. Please email us within 7 days from the date you received your parcel.
